Name of the Posts : Junior Administrative Assistant

Total No of Vacancy : 11

Age Limit : 18-27  Years  (relaxable up to 40 y ears of age for the Institute employees)

Salary : Level- 2 in Pay Matrix (Rs. 19900- 63200)

Educational Qualification :

(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

Or,

Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university with 5 years’ service (regular or ad-hoc) as Lower Division Clerk in Govt. Organization/Institution.

(ii) Skill Test Norms on computer : A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi only on Computer. (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. corresponding to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.)

Selection Process : Written Test and Skill Test.

Application Fee :

1) For SC/ST/PWD/Women Candidates/EWS :- Rs. 200/-

2) For All other categories (GEN/OBC) :- Rs. 1,000/-

How to Apply : The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of application is made available on AIIMS, Patna official website i.e. http://www.aiimspatna.org. The link for submission of online applications in respect of above said posts along-with other relevant information is available on the website. The last date of online submission of applications will be 45’h day at 5. 00 P. M. from the date of publication in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar i.e. on 30′” July, 2019 at 5.00 P.M. No Documents including online application form is required to be sent, however, all the applicants are advised to keep a copy of online application form with them, along with proof of payment (on line payment receipt) for their record.
